Marsha and John welcome you to their home, the beautiful Dower House, an imposing 16thC country house, Grade II Listed, situated in the conservation village of Winster within the Peak National Park.
Inside, the charming Dining Hall with original beams, sash windows and part stone floor is complemented by a warming wood fire and leads to the guest's sitting room with comfortable sofas, a wealth of pictures and close to the honesty bar.
The bedrooms all have spacious beds, deep sofas and chairs, vibrant colours and lots of light from the Georgian and earlier windows with views over the pretty walled garden or the National Trust Market Hall in the distance.
Two bedrooms have their own spacious bathrooms and large baths to soak in, with a third bedroom, its own en-suite shower room.
Our traditional Dower House breakfast serves only the freshest of local ingredients from our Bakewell butcher, Matlock bakery and Chatsworth Farm Shop.
